Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain/regulate the working structure by updating job roles, descriptions, and specifications for staff at all levels.
  • Managing/Overseeing the affairs and activities of the Hospital.
  • Overseeing the recruitment/hiring of new individuals to the hospital’s workforce whenever the need arises.
  • Conduction of orientation programs for new intakes.
  • Getting employees ready and equipped at all times to deliver organizational assignment.
  • Handling employees’ grievances and settling inter-personal disagreements between staff whenever such arise.
  • Ensuring legal compliance of the organization to relevant governmental human resource requirements.
  • Keeping account of historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; preserving past/current records.
  • Liaising with the accounting dept. in planning, preparing, executing and monitoring staff remuneration in accordance with their role and work input.
  • Getting and maintaining optimum results from workforce; monitoring and appraising job, counselling if need be, and undertaking disciplinary measures when members of staff don’t live up to expectation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must satisfy the following:

  • B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Must be certified by the institute of personnel management of Nigeria (IPMN).
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience.
  • Hospital Administration Certification will be an added advantage

Job Title: Internal Control Manager

Location: Osun

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits to verify whether departments follow the established procedures and processes also develop policies and procedures, ensure their implementation and monitor compliance
  • Review existing accounting and financial controls and other legal compliance processes in place and make any necessary revisions or additions
  • Develop policies and procedures, ensure their implementation and monitor compliance.
  • Carry out control functions, reviews and approve disbursements requests and other requests.
  • Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risk resulting from poor controls
  • Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues

Requirements

The ideal candidate must satisfy the following:

  • A first degree in Accounting or Agricultural related field
  • Membership of an accounting professional body will be an added advantage
  • Must have practical experience in agro-business development and management of agriculture focused projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, such as Word and Excel, is required and ability to use tools to compile reports.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional work experience out of which 3 years should be in the agricultural sector.
  • Candidate must be willing to relocate or stay in Osun state

Job Requirements
